The purchaser of this product ("the User") acknowledges, agrees, and represents the following terms and conditions:

Intended Use of Product

1. This off-road race-only product ("this Product") is expressly designed and intended for use in organized amateur and professional racing events. These events must be:

   • Closed-course racing or
   • Open-course racing, provided the event is formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization and involves the motor vehicle in which this Product is installed (the "Vehicle").

2. Prohibited Uses:

   • This Product is not intended for use on public highways or roads.
   • This Product is not for recreational off-road use except when used exclusively for competition purposes as described above.

3. Compliance Assurance:

   • The User agrees to use the Vehicle exclusively for competition purposes as outlined in these terms.
   • The User represents that the purchase, installation, and use of this Product will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.

Acknowledgements and Indemnification

By purchasing and/or using this Product, the User acknowledges and agrees to the following and indemnifies Tracy Lewis Performance Products, its officers, employees, agents, distributors, and dealers against any penalties, fines, damages, or expenses arising from the use of this Product:

1. Legal Compliance:

   • Use of this Product for any purpose other than sanctioned competition events violates federal law and may breach applicable state or local environmental, motor vehicle, or other regulations.

2. Warranty Impacts:

   • Use of this Product may void warranties provided by the Vehicle manufacturer or other third parties.

3. Safety Risks:

   • Use of this Product may render the Vehicle unfit or unsafe for its intended purpose or any other purpose, potentially leading to personal injury, property damage, or death.

4. Installation Risks:

   • Improper installation, the use of this Product with incompatible components, or failure to follow recommended guidelines may result in personal injury, property damage, or death.
