Many love the looks of the expensive billet LS and LT based valve covers, but after installing them experience oil control issues. This is because most have NO baffle system to prevent the rocker arms from slinging oil directly into the outlet fittings. And also, there is no integrated flow control as the stock ones do.
The simple inexpensive solution are these weld in aluminium baffle plates designed to fit most all aftermarket billet covers. As long as 1/4-1/2” of space is left between the baffle and valve cover top, there is no restriction and the issue is solved:
